1. Who we are

Klenvox is operated by Rogue Developers Technologies Limited("we", "us", "our"), with a principal place of business in Lagos, Nigeria. We are the data controller for personal data processed through the Klenvox marketing website (klenvox.com) and related platform services we provide to school customers.

For privacy questions: hello@klenvox.com.

2. What this policy covers

This policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share personal data when you visit our website, register interest, create an account as a school owner or platform user, or otherwise interact with services operated under the Klenvox brand. It does not govern how individual schools process their own students' and staff data inside their tenant - that is the responsibility of each school as a separate controller, subject to their own notices and terms.

3. Data we collect

We may process categories of data including:

  • Identity and contact data - such as name, email address, phone number, and school name when you register or contact us.
  • Account and technical data - such as login identifiers, security-related logs, device and browser type, approximate location derived from IP, and diagnostic information used to secure and improve the service.
  • Billing data - payment references and subscription metadata processed through our payment partners. We do not store full payment card numbers on Klenvox servers where our partners tokenise or host card data.
  • Communications - content you send us by email or support channels.

4. How we use data

We use personal data to:

  • Provide, operate, and secure the Klenvox platform and website;
  • Create and manage customer accounts and subscriptions;
  • Process payments and prevent fraud;
  • Communicate with you about the service, updates, and support;
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Legal bases (where applicable)

Depending on context, we rely on bases such as performance of a contract, legitimate interests (for example network security and product improvement, balanced against your rights), consent where required, and legal obligation.

6. Sharing and processors

We use trusted service providers (for example hosting, email, payments, analytics, and error monitoring) who process data on our instructions. Some providers may be located outside Nigeria; where data is transferred internationally, we take steps appropriate to the risk and applicable law.

7. Retention

We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, accounting, and reporting requirements, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

8. Security

We implement technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we encourage strong passwords and safe handling of credentials.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise rights, contact us at the email above. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

10. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies where necessary for the site to function, for security, and to understand aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

11. Children

Klenvox is a business service for schools. Our marketing site is not directed at children. Schools are responsible for lawful processing of minors' data in their use of the platform.

12. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice where appropriate.
